TROUBLESHOOTING THE VENTILATOR

Problems receiving adequate oxygenation may occur for different
reasons.

Disconnection of the tubing, water in the tubing or a cuff leak of
the endotracheal tube may all impede adequate oxygenation.

What is an AMBU bag?

An AMBU bag is a piece of medical equipment that is used to
provide oxygen during an emergency such as CPR.
It means Artificial Manual Breathing Unit.
