                                                            Subarachnoid hemorrhage

What causes a subarachnoid hemorrhage?

A subarachnoid hemorrhage may be the result of a
traumatic event. Rupture of a blood vessel within the brain,
causes blood to mix with cerebrospinal fluid

The added pressure within a confined space, causes
an increase in pressure in the brain. ICP Monitoring
is frequently done to reduce the pressure and subsequently
