The kidneys

The kidneys are two bean shaped organs, located in the abdominal cavity.
They filter waste from the body and is excreted as urine.

The hypothalamus produces ADH ( antidiuretic hormone).It is stored
in the posterior pituitary gland. ADH plays a great role in the  amount
of urine which is excreted by the kidneys. 

Hemodialysis is a form of treatment used for patients who cannot
get rid of their own waste ( urine) the normal way. This may be 
done for a long or short period of time.
